My top 2012 albums so far
It is almost mid year. Since I’ve been listening to a lot of music this year, I thought I would do a list of my top albums of 2012…so far.
1. Jason Mraz - Love is a Four Letter Word
And then there’s everything else. Heh.
Lana Del Ray or Alabama Shakes is probably #2.
Neon Trees and Audrey Assad bring up the rear. I’ve also listened to the Tanlines’ album. Good but probably won’t make my top ten list at the end of the year. Dar Williams album is too new to say where it fits. I hope to see her in concert this summer but I’m not sure.

I had 4th row tickets to see John Mayer in April. Well that tour won’t be happening. I’m sure most fans know this by now. I just hope John gets better. I feel bad for him. I can’t imagine how this must feel but he’ll be fine. The fans will wait because he is worth waiting for.
Here’s a clip of the first single off Born and Raised, called “Shadow Days.” I’m excited to share the first bit of sound from the album… Been looking forward to a post like this since October 14, 2010, the first day I started writing this group of songs. Enjoy.
OMG. Love it!!! I’m so excited. :) I haven’t been to a concert since I saw him in 2010. Summer tour, here I come!
